Pooh Shiesty has one of the strongest fanbases in hip-hop.
Pooh Shiesty’s All Eyes on Shiest is currently projected to debut at No. 9 on the Billboard 200 with 40,000 first-week units, according to HITSDD.
Considering the circumstances surrounding this release, that’s an interesting accomplishment. Shiesty is currently incarcerated, meaning he hasn’t been able to promote the album in the traditional way, yet his music is still generating enough interest to potentially land him another Top 10 album.
All Eyes on Shiest contains 16 tracks and was released through Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records. The project features appearances from BIG30, Sexyy Red, Tay Keith, GloRilla, K Carbon, and more. “FDO” and “MANE” are the most-streamed tracks so far, while “Last Man Breathin” and “Still On Timing” are also making noise.
For comparison, Shiesty’s previous album, Shiesty Season, moved over 60K album-equivalent units in its first week, helped heavily by the massive “Back In Blood.” So yeah, this is a noticeable drop, but it’s still a strong enough number to show that people clearly still want the authenticity Pooh Shiesty brings to the table. Personally, I consider these first-week numbers as a major win for him.
