Cordae & Anderson .Paak Announce “Heavy Is The Crown” Album With J. Cole, 9th Wonder & More

Cordae and Anderson .Paak are turning years of collaboration into an entire album.

Cordae and Anderson .Paak are joining forces for a new album, Heavy Is The Crown, arriving October 23, 2026.

The collaboration makes sense considering the chemistry the two artists have built over the years. Cordae and .Paak first connected on “RNP,” the standout J. Cole-produced track from Cordae’s 2019 debut album, The Lost Boy. The song became one of Cordae’s most celebrated records and introduced fans to the natural chemistry between the two artists.

They later reunited for “Two Tens,” another collaboration produced by J. Cole, before working together again on “Summer Drop.” Those songs helped establish a creative relationship that now appears to be expanding into an entire album.

Heavy Is The Crown also comes with some impressive names attached. J. Cole, 9th Wonder, Conductor Williams, and Swizz Beatz are all listed as collaborators, suggesting Cordae and .Paak could get into some book-bag, club, and lyrical miracle s**t.

There are also limited 99Vinyl collaborative records available now, giving fans an early piece of the project.

This should be a very fun one.
