Megan Thee Stallion has been promising that her next chapter will be a major one, as she plans to revive her fearless Tina Snow persona for MEGAN ACT III. Last night, she offered fans a preview of that energy with “Tina Tuesday Freestyle.”
The track flips Mike Jones’s “Still Tippin,” giving the iconic Texas beat a more debonair feel without stripping away its Southern knock. Megan sounds at home over it. She unloads her usual carefree bars, talking about stealing dudes, dismissing broke boys, stacking money, and having more haters than Natalie Harp.
Does Megan reinvent the wheel here? Not exactly. However, she attacks the beat with noticeably more aggression than she has displayed throughout the past few years. Her flow stays tight, her delivery carries some real bite, and she sounds like she genuinely wants smoke again.
That added hunger is what makes “Tina Tuesday Freestyle” compelling. It does not reveal everything about MEGAN ACT III, but it suggests Tina Snow is looking to spank s**t these next couple of months.
