GloRilla and Sexyy Red Get Reckless on “Jiggly Bow Bow”

Rating: 3.5 out of 5.

GloRilla and Sexyy Red are fantastic actresses.

I love what GloRilla and Sexyy Red symbolize for the rap scene: unapologetic Black women winning while refusing to tone down their personalities. Would I nominate either of them to run the country? Maybe. Would I trust them to turn a function into an HR violation? Absolutely. Their new collaboration, “Jiggly Bow Bow,” is as ridiculous as you think it is.

The production sounds like an even smellier version of Soulja Boy’s funky-ass “Yahh!” beat. GloRilla and Sexyy Red go back and forth about throwing their asses back, attending hood b**ch parties, and showing off tig ole bitties. GloRilla’s verse flows a little better to me, but both sound wild as hell and fully committed to the foolishness. The chorus is ridiculous, too, though I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t catchy.

This is definitely one of those tracks you don’t want to tell people you like. Unfortunately, your shoulders might snitch on you before you can deny it.
