Samantha Leon – Bright Yellow Shoes (Review & Stream)

Samantha Leon’s soulful ‘Bright Yellow Shoes’ really digs deep into your soul, leaving you desperate to find love.

The production on ‘Bright Yellow Shoes’ does a great job of setting up this heavenly feel musically – Samantha takes advantage of this sound by serenading us with soothing vocals that are very complimentary to the songs vibe.

Samantha’s words are so direct on her verses, as it feels like she’s talking to you directly. Not only is she trying to convince you to fall in love with her, but she’s also welcoming the idea of nurturing that potential love you will have for her. She is so convincing in her pitch, that I am convinced that she used to work in sales.

This song is beautifully written, and masterfully done.
