For the last couple of years, Kevin Gates has made it a mission to be one of the realest n***as in the game. Today, the Louisiana rapper decided to release a brand new freestyle that has him paying homage to Kobe Bryant, warning Young Chop to straighten up, and talking about toting a gun that dances like Chris Brown.
Do you know what is slept on about Kevin Gates? His ability to drop quirky bars. Throughout “Wetty Freestyle,” he toys with tricky styles of rapping, which has him coming across like a n***a that doesn’t take himself or his competition seriously. We need more rappers in the game that are willing to f**k around on the mic.
