The Boy Who Flew To The Moon Vol. 1 (Album)
Kid Cudi
I’m just going to act as if I’ve never heard any song on this album…
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Kid Cudi is one of the most influential hip-hop artists of this century. His eccentric approach to making music has helped mold the careers of several of our favorite artists. When you’re great, you are allowed to make a Greatest Hits album before you turn 40; that is exactly what The Boy Flew To The Moon Vol. 1 is.
Since there is no reviewing that needs to be done on my part, I’m just going to let you know what my favorite Cudi songs are: “Day ‘N’ Nite (Nightmare),” “Pursuit of Happiness (Nightmare),” “Mr. Rager,” “Surfin,” and “Sept 16.”
