Surf Drops “2 Damn Much”

2 Damn Much

Surf

Surf has put his trust in a lady demon.

Surf (aka Amir Benjamin) is a rapper, singer, producer, and songwriter with a sound that is perfect for today. In his music, the 22-year-old artist usually gives us great energy and finds ways to step outside of the box every chance he gets. Surf is inspired by artists such as Kanye West, Kid Cudi, Bankroll Fresh, and Chief Keef. Some of his biggest releases are “Acid Re-Flex,” “Fight,” and “Itsokay2cry.” Surf’s latest single is the bouncy “2 Damn Much.”

In “2 Damn Much,” Surf mainly rants about a chick that he can’t seem to let go; even though she’s doing too much in his eyes. He also threatens his foes and mentions that he smokes more than a chimney. The first thing that will catch your attention about the song is the booming beat. That s**t would give your big-ass speakers heartburn. The second thing that will catch your attention is how Surf slides on the beat hitting us with animated vocals and consistent flows. On the real, this banger gives me vintage Uzi vibes (Which is an amazing thing).
