Kanye West & Ty Dolla $ign’s “Vultures” Hits Streaming Services

Meh.

Staying up to date with Kanye West’s activities is becoming increasingly challenging. He oscillates between making audacious statements on social media and vanishing from the scene like a phantom. It’s actually pretty strange. Lately, Kanye has been hinting at a new project with Ty Dolla $ign. Originally, it seemed like the duo would release it a few weeks ago, but with Kanye’s unpredictable nature, one should never firmly commit to his proposed release dates. In any case, today marks the official release of “Vultures,” a song that Kanye and Ty have been teasing for the past few days.

This isn’t a Christian song at all… In “Vultures,” Kanye West talks about smashing Jewish chicks, Scooter’s chick, and unknown chicks. He also talks about having a heat with extensions. As for Ty Dolla $ign, he sings about having European freaks, stealing women that aren’t his, and his despise for law enforcement. The two musicians come across as 40-year-old rebels on the track.

Bump J and DJ Pharris are also featured in “Vultures.” They start the track with some trill bars, setting the tone for the toxicity we hear throughout. Their parts actually match the song’s dark, Chicago-inspired energy.

I hope these aren’t the type of songs we can expect on Ty and Kanye’s new album…
