After giving fans a taste with the album’s first single, “Disease,” Lady Gaga is keeping the excitement alive with a mysterious countdown clock on her website. The clock is set to end on January 27th, but no additional context has been provided.

However, most fans speculate it may be linked to the enigmatic LG7. The background of the clock features blue crystals, which fans believe are a nod to the bejeweled glasses she wore during her first album era. Additionally, eagle-eyed fans discovered that swiping over the blue crystals on the screen with a mouse reveals the phrase ‘LG1’ in the pop star’s signature font.

As of today, the website has already changed, now featuring a black-and-white color scheme reminiscent of her second album, Born This Way. With the countdown showcasing each of Gaga’s albums in chronological order and beginning exactly seven days before the timer ends, I strongly believe it’s building up to something exciting this Friday.
