Trippie Redd & French Montana Link Up for Dark, Flashy Collab “Outta Here”

Why does this song sound familiar?

Trippie Redd and French Montana are in similar positions right now: they’re household names, no doubt, but their newer material isn’t shaking the game like their older hits did. That means it’s time to get creative. Either you pull a rabbit out of a hat… or you team up and double the star power, which is exactly what they did on their new track, “Outta Here.”

When I first hit play, I instantly felt like I’d heard this song before—and I was right. A few months back, Trippie dropped a version of this track solo, and that’s probably why—despite this being released under French’s nameTrippie dominates the record. He delivers a catchy, toxic chorus laced with demonic energy and sets the entire tone.

As for French Montana, he slides in and matches the vibe well, delivering a verse that’s braggadocious and grimy. He confirms he’s still popping pills, pushing dope, and rocking flashy fits—the usual French content, but polished to fit the eerie, hard-hitting beat.

I would probably like this song more if I didn’t hear it before (SMH).
