Taylor Swift has achieved yet another major milestone.
Taylor Swift has reached a new benchmark in her career. Every one of the 31 songs from The Tortured Poets Department has now sold over 500,000 units in the United States. The album, released in April 2024, continues to dominate streaming platforms and charts months after its debut.
The standout single, “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone, has been streamed more than 1 billion times on Spotify alone. Still, what makes this milestone unique is that no track from the album has struggled to gain traction. Swift’s ability to keep an entire project relevant across multiple formats speaks to the consistency of her work and the loyalty of her audience.
Swift’s next project, The Life of a Showgirl, is set to drop on October 3, 2025. She recently revealed that the physical editions will include exclusive extras, such as photo cards in the CD versions and original pieces of poetry tucked into vinyl copies.
At 35, and newly engaged, Swift shows no signs of slowing down. With her continued focus on connecting with fans through both music and creative packaging, The Life of a Showgirl may rival or even surpass the record-breaking success of The Tortured Poets Department.
