Kanye West’s “Graduation” Becomes Spotify’s Most Streamed Rap Album Daily — 18 Years Later

Even nearly two decades after its release, Kanye West’s Graduation continues to dominate the streaming era like it just dropped yesterday.

Kanye West’s Graduation is now the most-streamed rap album daily on Spotify — a wild accomplishment for a project that dropped over 18 years ago. The album currently racks up around 4 million streams every single day, proving its timeless appeal and Kanye’s unmatched influence on modern hip-hop.

This has always been my favorite Kanye West album. For many, Graduation marked the moment Ye aimed for the stadiums — crafting anthems that felt massive, emotional, and global. “Stronger” alone has over 1.6 billion streams, while “Good Life” sits at 541 million. Then there are the moodier gems like “I Wonder” (which recently passed 1 billion streams) and “Flashing Lights,” one of his most cinematic records ever.

Beyond the production and creative vision, Graduation also delivered an impressive lineup of collaborators, from Lil Wayne and Mos Def to Chris Martin and T-Pain. It’s a perfect balance of ambition and accessibility, and that’s why people are still running it back.

Crazy to think — is Graduation actually aging better than any other Kanye album?
