Drake Tops Spotify Streams for 12th Consecutive Month

Twelve months, 1.45 billion streams, zero signs of slowing down.

Drake has officially closed out February 2026 as Spotify’s most-streamed rapper for the 12th consecutive month.

The Toronto superstar racked up 1.45 billion streams across all credits, highlighting his unmatched dominance in the digital music era. What’s particularly remarkable is that he hasn’t dropped a solo album this year or last; these numbers are driven by tracks like “One Dance,” the enduring Take Care album—which remains one of hip-hop’s most-streamed projects 15 years after its release—and his countless other hits that never seem to fade. Spotify’s data underscores both Drake’s prolific output and the lasting appeal of his back catalog.

The good news for Drake is that this momentum shows no signs of slowing. In fact, it’s likely to intensify with the release of his highly anticipated ICEMAN project. What a time to be alive for The Boy (Hell, even that project is doing serious numbers. Sheesh).
