I think I am addicted to this track.
I will never get tired of feel-good music. I do not care how it was made, who created it, or what kind of speaker it comes through. If something can lift my mood and make me want to move, I am always here for it. Thankfully, dahhuz makes that music, and their latest single, “ride or die,” might be one of their most lovable releases yet.
The track is powered by an instrumental that feels funky, vibrant, and completely dance-ready. Honestly, I wouldn’t mind hearing it blast inside a disco-themed club tonight while everybody ignores tomorrow’s responsibilities and dances like rent is paid.
As for the vocal performance we get, it sounds free and highly intoxicating. The melodies glide across the beat naturally, adding even more warmth to an already welcoming record.
Lyrically, “ride or die” focuses on imagining a bright future with someone you share an undeniable connection with. There is hope, commitment, and excitement in every line.
Everything about this track feels addictive, from the funky groove to the romantic message. Do not be surprised when the song ends and you immediately run it back.
