Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” Holds No. 1 as Stella Lefty’s “Boston” Climbs Into the Top Three

Taylor Swift holds the top spot while Stella Lefty moves three positions closer.

Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero” is two weeks into its Hot 100 run and still hasn’t moved an inch.

The song remains at No. 1 for a second week, keeping Swift at the front of this week’s chart.

Ella Langley is still right behind her. “Choosin’ Texas” remains at No. 2 in its 51st week on the Billboard Hot 100, following a record-breaking 24 weeks at No. 1. The track is nearing a full year on the chart and remains close enough to the summit to keep the conversation interesting.

Then there’s Stella Lefty, whose “Boston” makes the biggest move of these three songs. It rises three positions to No. 3 in its 27th chart week, recovering ground after sitting at No. 6. Its peak remains No. 2, a position it held for six weeks, but this latest climb brings that benchmark back into view.

Morgan Wallen also climbs three positions, taking No. 4 with “Been By Now.” The song is in its 11th chart week and previously peaked at No. 2.

Rounding out the top five, Drake and Don Toliver debut at No. 5 with “Solar Eclipse.” That gives this week’s upper tier a new arrival alongside its returning heavy hitters.
