Rod Wave Returns With “The Last Sad Song”

THE LAST SAD SONG

Rod Wave

OVERALL RATING (????)

🙁

Rod Wave is one emotional dude. Just two weeks ago, he dropped an album in Pray 4 Love that features nothing but soulful trap music. On “The Last Sad Song,” his latest single, Rod once again sounds like someone who got his toy taken by a bully.

Though Rod cries his ass off on “The Last Sad Song,” he also hits us with real-ass bars about friends and family members he has lost, his come up, and a few demons he has been fighting these last couple of years.

Rod Wave is elite at harmonizing.
