Lil Durk lets his heart bleed on “Backdoor.”
Lil Durk has had an up-and-down 2020. While his music is getting major burn these days, he also lost one of his best friends (King Von) a few months ago. Last night, Durk released “Backdoor,” a song that will let you know that he bounces back better than any basketball that you can buy at Wal-Mart.
“Backdoor” falls in line with the “Viral Moments” of the world. The song features an emotional trap beat, smooth melodies, and lyrics that will resonate with street-certified individuals that don’t rat, don’t switch sides, and don’t let depression get to them.
I’m not the biggest fan of “Backdoor.” While the song features powerful lyrics, I do think that it sounds a bit dull.
