UP NOW
OMNISCIENT Art & Keenan Victor
OVERALL RATING (??????????)
Omniscient Art is a vocalist, producer, and engineer that aims to be “an artist for artists.” In his music, you can expect to hear everything from boom-bap samples to 808s to trap vibes. Having produced countless tracks for himself and others, OA has very high standards for himself. With that being said, on “UP NOW,” OA lives up to the hype!
“UP NOW” is a well-crafted piece of art that was clearly constructed with thoughtful care. It features both flawless rap deliveries and lyrically-sound bars by Keenan Victor. Overall, the track gives me Logic vibes both with OA’s vocals and the structure of his storytelling. Though it’s considered a rap track, “UP NOW” experiments with tones and genres in ways that feel captivating and fresh.
“UP NOW” slaps. Check out OA’s latest single and see what inspiration you find in this work of art.
