TrackStarMark Delivers a Soul-Stirring R&B Performance With “LateNightCalls”

Rating: 4.5 out of 5.

A moving R&B ballad about heartbreak, hope, and refusing to let love completely slip away.

TrackStarMark ain’t a fluke. The man can sing sing. His vocals are polished, he’s capable of effortlessly reaching soaring notes, and he knows exactly how to communicate emotion through every line he delivers.

In “LateNightCalls,” he gives us one of his strongest vocal performances to date. Backed by a gentle, stripped-down instrumental filled with atmospheric textures and soft piano notes, TrackStarMark completely lets loose. His performance is packed with passion, memorable melodies, and expressive vocal runs that make every emotion feel believable.

Lyrically, the song tells the story of someone watching a relationship slowly fall apart due to external influences. As he struggles to accept the separation, he finds himself checking social media, wondering if the love is still there and hoping the two can somehow reconnect.

While the songwriting and vocals are outstanding, my favorite part of the record has to be the heavily altered vocal effects that open and close the song. Those moments immediately separate “LateNightCalls” from countless other R&B records and give it an identity of its own.

Beautifully sung, emotionally gripping, and loaded with unforgettable melodies, “LateNightCalls” proves TrackStarMark is an artist worth paying attention to. Check out his excellent new single below.
